2. How much does shipping cost?

3. How long does it take?

It will take 1- 3 working days for Peninsular, 3 – 5 working days for East Malaysia and 3 – 8 working days for International Deliveries.

4. How do I know my order status?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once order has been processed. Orders made before 12PM will be shipped on the same day. Postage will only be done on weekdays. *Please allow buffer time during peak period.

5. Item received is damaged.

Although we ensure all our items are in good condition on delivery, damage may occur during the transit period. We sincerely apologise and hope you will continue to shop with MAYANG. Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item. Kindly send a photo of the damaged area of the product, write a short description, include your Order ID and send it to our email at cs@mayangbyanntsya.com.my. We will replace your damaged item. Should the item be out of stock, we will refund you in terms of store credit.

6. I received incorrect items.

Please let us know immediately via WhatsApp or email us at cs@mayangbyanntsya.com.my with your order ID and a picture of the item received and we will get it sorted out for you.

7. An item is missing from my order.

We apologise for the error in delivery. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we’ll have the item shipped out to you soon.

8. Which address should I ship my order to?

It is advisable to opt for your office address if you’re working, as Ninja Van operates between 9am to 7pm on weekdays, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. If you’re unavailable to receive your parcel on delivery, your parcel will be kept at the nearest Ninja Van point and the courier team will contact you or reattempt delivery within the same week. Should you need further assistance, kindly contact their Customer Service (011-1722 5600).

9. Do we offer Cash on Delivery for the products?

For ease of transaction, we do not offer that service at the moment.


1. How do I place an order with MAYANG?

• Mouse over and browse to see what you like, or search by using the search bar or you can browse by category at the top of the website.
• Add products that you wish to purchase into the CART
• Once you’re ready to checkout, click “VIEW CART” to complete your order. If you have a discount code, key it in the section provided before checking out.
• Confirm the total and proceed to “CHECKOUT”.
• Login / register or checkout as guest.
• Fill in your details accordingly, select your payment method and confirm your order.

2. What do I do if there's a problem with my order?

We are more than happy to help you if there is a problem. Kindly contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email us at cs@mayangbyanntsya.com.my with your order ID.

3. What payment methods does MAYANG accept?

You can make payment by:
• Visa & Mastercard – If you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, you may be subject to a currency-conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees.
• SenangPay (FPX (Online Banking), GrabPAY, BOOST eWallet, TnG eWallet,) *Online Banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online, PBeBank, etc.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, you may not cancel.

5. Why was my order cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a problem with the item ordered by you (damaged item), in which we will reimburse in MAYANG store credit. You will be informed of the cancellation.

6. Do you restock items?

Yes we do, at times depending on the product. We update new arrivals via email if you have subscribed to our mailing list, so you will always be informed.


1. Why do I have to register to shop?

Registering with MAYANG helps to speed up the ordering process, as billing and shipping addresses are saved in your account. It allows you to view your current and past order, payment and order status. 

2. How do I register as a Mayang Member?

To register, simply click here and fill up the required details. You will receive a confirmation email once your account registration is accepted.

3. What benefits will I get if I become a Mayang Member?

You are entitled to ongoing promotions that are exclusively curated for Mayang Members.

1. Who is entitled for Reward Points?

Only customers who registered as Mayang Members are entitled to receive Reward Points

2. How do I collect Reward Points?

You will receive the Reward Points after each successful transaction.
1 point for every RM1 spent.

3. How to check how many Reward Points I have?

Simply go to My Accounts and click on Points tab.

4. How do I claim the Reward Points that I have acquired?

On the checkout page, kindly key-in the desired points in the points section. Minimum amount to claim the Reward Points is 100 Points (100 points = RM5 discount on your total bill exclusive of postage)
