At MAYANG, we ensure all items are carefully inspected and packed in good condition before delivery. However, we understand that damage may occur during transit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your continued support.
 
Due to hygienic reasons, we strictly do not offer returns or exchanges.
 
Exceptions apply only for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent, subject to the conditions below.
 
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
  • The request is made within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
  • A clear unboxing video is provided to ensure no breach occurred during opening.
 
Terms & Conditions
  1. Item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  2. Item(s) cannot be exchanged for a different colour or product, even if the value is the same.
  3. Item(s) must be posted back within 7 days from the date the return/exchange is approved.

    Any item received after this period will not be entertained.

  4. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Shipping
  • Once the returned item is received and verified, the correct item will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.
  • MAYANG will bear all shipping fees, including return shipping from you to us and reshipping to you.
